If your candle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item when contacting us.
We will gladly:
Send a complimentary replacement as quickly as possible, or
Issue a full refund.

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
